As we are all now aware of the impact COVID19 is having across the world we would like to assure our customers DY Plumbers are doing everything possible to keep both our staff and customers as safe as possible from further spreading the virus.

To achieve this we have implemented the following:-

• Whilst our staff will arrive with a warm friendly hello and a smile we won't be shaking hands hello or goodbye
• We will keep the recommended distance of 1.5m whenever possible
• We will be washing our hands with soap after each job
• We will cover our cough or sneeze with the bend of our elbow or use a tissue

When booking your job we will discuss any other concerns you may have in relation to the current situation.
