STORMWATER – BEACON HILL
After the heavy rain earlier this year, it became clear the stormwater system wasn’t performing as it should. The property experienced flooding, and the on-site detention tank wasn’t draining.
While attempting to clear the line, we discovered the existing pipework didn’t match the approved stormwater plans, so a new solution was required. The system was rerouted, directing water into a charged line connected to two new pits, along with the installation of a grated drain to better capture surface runoff from the driveway and lawn areas.
All pipework and concrete were repaired and tested, the site was cleaned, and the lawn was returfed. The stormwater system is now fully operational and functioning as intended and looks like we were never there. #deewhyplumbers #stormwater #drainage
