What started as a smallish job to drain some ground water seepage from under a unit block has turned into a major job. We have found that the old clay pipe stormwater pipe is chockablock full of soil. This obviously hasn't been working for years and years and no doubt contributing to their rising damp issues. Every piece of stormwater pipe dug up revealed more and more dirt. Even the newish part was full.
